**About the Accounts Manager position**
Reporting to Founder & Director, Peggy, the Accounts Manager is a pivotal member of the team and is responsible for fostering client relationships and working with the team to shape client outcomes through the delivery of an exceptional end-to-end service.
The Account Manager will move effortlessly between partnering with clients and creating strategic marketing plans, to delivering brand and website projects that inspire, engage, connect and convert, ensuring client satisfaction throughout.
- Translating our clients’ visions into a unique brand
- Designing and building websites that convert sales
- Managing client portfolios for Brand Strategy & Design, Digital, SEO & Brand Execution, Website Conversion & Optimisation, Marketing Research & Brief Planning
- Project quality control reviewing, editing and proofing project work produced by other in-house and freelance team members
**About You**:
You are an expert at managing multiple projects whilst maintaining positive client relationships and your exceptional communication skills allow you to engage effectively with your team, customers, and third parties.
Ideally you will have:
- Previous experience at a full-service agency, marketing consultancy in a similar position and managing client relationships
- 5+ Years Marketing and Web Development or Bachelor industry experience equivalent
- 5+ years Team Leadership experience.
- An understanding of the importance of client customisation and engagement
- Proven track record of bringing in new business in previous roles, delivering projects within timeframe and budgets
- Your strategic marketing skills and project management will know exactly how to deliver transformative digital growth for our clients.
- Enjoy achieving company growth targets to increase overall sales performance in terms of the number of deals and total revenue.
