**How will I help?**

Westpac Commercial Banking supports Australian industry through a network of professional bankers, specialists, and support teams, and we’re committed to offering deep industry expertise to our customers. You will ensure our customer’s needs are met and give them a great experience.

This is a really important role for us You will combine your knack for networking with your lending know-how to generate new business for Westpac. As a Relationship Manager/ Senior Relationship Manager for Brisbane Metropolitan you will network and build relationships with external partners, attracting customers from preferred broker flows or competitors. You will be an advocate for our outstanding service promise with the aim of growing future business and referrals.

**What do I need?**

We’re looking for stand-out bankers and relationship managers with a business lending background. It goes without saying you’ll have strong credit skills and be comfortable writing your own deals.

A natural people-person, you’ll boast a solid track record in business development, including the acquisition of new to bank customers. We want to talk to team players with the energy and motivation to grasp this role and run with it
