**Your new company**

Hays Office Support are currently seeking an Administrative Support Officer for a well-known Tasmanian organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to join their team & assist with administrative requirements relating to expeditioner recruitment. This organisation undertakes scientific work of practical, economic, and national significance. The role will require full-time hours and will be offered as a temporary 6-month assignment.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be the successful applicant you'll have demonstrated experienced working in an administrative role. In addition, you will have;
- Proven capabilities to employ your existing experience to effectively support a high tempo operational team
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability for deliverables
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to use online systems such as Microsoft, and to learn new systems quickly
