About the Role
- Drawing on personal experiences as a Peer Worker and utilise a range of recovery tools, techniques and experiences to support clients to identify their own achievable and meaningful recovery goals inclusive of plans to support positive changes.
- Utilise well developed communication and consultation skills to work collaboratively within and across multidisciplinary teams and NGOs to promote the functions of the Addiction Services program, peer worker values and the lived experience perspective.
