What does this job involve?

Join our onsite team based at a renowned shopping centre in Toowoomba, anchored by 4 majors, and 73+ speciality retailers.

Reporting to the Centre Manager, you will work to provide an integrated and strategic approach to the Centre’s marketing management plan to increase traffic and sales, thereby positively contributing to the profitability and overall asset value.

Optimising the immediate to short term performance and presentation of the Centre, considering the current position (tenant mix, structure, profile, community) and developing strong relationships will be critical to your success.

You’ll deliver within the budget already confirmed, manage associated reporting, and be responsible for managing all communication channels including digital.

This is a fixed term contract for 10 months covering parental leave.

To be successful, you will have a proven track record in a similar position combined with tertiary qualifications in a marketing or communications related field.

You also have some retail property/ shopping centre marketing experience with a demonstrated ability in developing and delivering high quality, effective and creative marketing, brand and positioning strategies.

You will be collaborative with superiors, peers and clients, possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in digital, social media, planning, campaign and event management will also be needed.
