Established for thirty-six years and admitted into the Australian Export Awards Hall of Fame our Toowoomba-based client, Russell Mineral Equipment (RME), is the acknowledged world leader in grinding Mill Relining Systems. As an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), RME’s core competencies include quality design and manufacture as well as global distribution, after-sales service and mill relining and consulting services. Via a network of wholly-owned international subsidiaries, the organisation supports customers in more than 65 countries.

Integral to the ongoing development of the organisation's brand experience, an opportunity now exists for an experienced Marketing Manager to take responsibility for the co-ordination and execution of high-quality internal and external events, sponsorships, brand marketing and promotional materials, photography and other corporate marketing services.

In this rewarding role you will report to the Global Product Services & Marketing Manager, and work closely with key internal and external stakeholders, to market a world-class product and services portfolio that visibly, defensibly and sustainably improves RME’s Customers’ concentrator performance. This will involve:

- Development and maintenance of company corporate identity and brand elements;
- International and domestic conferences management including financial management;
- Internal event management including large scale corporate training events;
- International and regional sponsorship management;
- Development of internal communications, newsletters and Customer communications;
- Review all branding equipment labelling and development of new product brands;
- Administration of translation services, trademarks and product patents;
- Management of all branded promotional items, product filming, photography and image library; &
- Development of social media content and management of content release calendar.

While your marketing and event management experience may not have been gained in a mining or heavy equipment environment, it will be an advantage. You must, however, have significant experience within dynamic, fast-paced B2B environment, which has seen you responsible for marketing promotional practices and brand communications. You will also be able to demonstrate leadership, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a collaborative approach, the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders, and be available for nominal domestic and international travel as required.

Tertiary qualifications in a related field, experience with B2B industry trade shows and conferences, and proficiency with various creative, digital marketing and CRM tools will be well regarded.
