Strategically manage complex claims and enquires for an organisation with a rewarding purpose whilst providing vital assistance to the community. Using youre experience as a claims and customer service consultant you will also receive training to navigate a variety of policy and procedures surround the case management of veteran assistance. This a great opportunity for an experienced administrator who is looking to be trained to a higher skillset within the federal government space.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Undertaking claims from start to completion/decision
- Investigation claims and making determining decisions in line with relevant policies and legislation
- Providing advice and interpretation - both over the phone and in writing
- Liaising with stakeholders both internally and externally
- Undertaking any other administration tasks as part of the claims process

**About you**:

- You will have previous experience working within a case management capacity - handling large and complex claims
- You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You will have previous experience working with policies, procedures, and legislation
- You will be autonomous and have excellent time management and organisational skills
- You will have great customer and stakeholder skills and comfortable having difficult conversations on occasions
- You will be comfortable working to strict timeframes in relation to completion of tasks

**Benefits**:

- Full time hours Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours per day

- $40-45 per hour + super
