**About the role**
Working closely with the Brokers and Managing Director, the position of **Broker Support Specialist **is ideal for someone who loves process and being overly organised. You take pride in your attention to detail. You are looking to play a vital role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and referral networks by offering the highest level of customer service. You will thrive on contributing to our growth in a small team environment where wins are celebrated by all.
Your duties will include but not limited to
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, lenders, and other parties involved in the finance process;
- Work together with banks and lenders to ensure a smooth and efficient loan approval process;
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, delivering exceptional customer service and building positive relationships;
- Providing administrative support as and where required.
**About you**
As the successful applicant you will have the following qualifications and skills:
- Knowledge of the finance industry and brokerage operations is a plus but not necessary;
- Solid exposure in administrative support with a strong sense of urgency;
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the capability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively;
- Proactive, self-motivated, an enthusiastic team member, who can complete tasks independently;
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and achieve targets. Comfortable liaising with lenders, speaking to customers and other external parties such as accountants and vendor business partners;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide exceptional customer service;
- Demonstrates honesty, integrity, and professionalism.
**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
**Experience**:
- finance industry: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (required)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
