**Client Onboarding Specialist - Creating Seamless Transitions with Positive Impact**

At Minda, we empower people with intellectual disabilities to live their best lives through care, connection, and opportunities that support their goals.

As South Australia’s largest profit-for-purpose disability service provider with a proud 127-year history, Minda delivers supported living, employment, community engagement, allied health, and respite services. Our mission is to build a more inclusive community—guided by values, driven by purpose.

**About the Role**

In this newly created role of Client Onboarding Specialist, you'll be a relationship builder, creative problem-solver, and trusted guide for clients and their families. You’ll ensure every new client begins their journey with Minda in a way that is smooth, empowering, and personalised.

**Why This Role Matters**
- Be the face of welcome for new clients—building trust, tailoring solutions, and guiding their transition into services that meet their unique needs.
- Represent Minda at expos, community events, and stakeholder forums, strengthening connections and sparking new opportunities.
- Shape how we support people through active involvement in Minda’s Home and Living strategy - matching the right people to the right places and planning for long-term success.
- Partner with Minda Housing leaders to assess property fit and ensure clients find not just a house, but a home.
- Manage the full onboarding process, ensuring a thoughtful, well-communicated handover to our service delivery teams.

**What You’ll Bring**
- Exceptional relationship-building skills—you know how to connect with people, earn trust quickly, and communicate with empathy, clarity, and respect.
- Experience in client engagement, onboarding, or intake coordination—ideally within the disability, health, or community services sector.
- A creative mindset—you tailor solutions that align with each client’s goals and aspirations.
- A deep understanding of the NDIS, including Home and Living, Community Participation, and SDA funding.
- A genuine commitment to inclusion, advocacy, and making a real difference in people’s lives.

**What Success Looks Like**
- Clients and families feel welcomed, supported, and heard from their first interaction.
- Increased conversion of enquiries into long-term partnerships with Minda.
- Visible impact at community events, building excitement and engagement around what we offer.

**Why Join Minda?**

Be part of a values-driven team creating lasting impact for people with intellectual disabilities, and a bold new future for Minda. Enjoy our beautiful North Brighton campus with an onsite café, coastal views, and a culture that encourages creativity, collaboration, and innovation.
