**Job Description**:
General Manager

Be an ambassador of the brand and the property as General Manager, where your leadership, strong interpersonal skills and strategic vision will drive an engaged team, guest satisfaction and maximized operating results. You will bring your strong commercial and business acumen, and tenacity to drive the top line to exceed targets, and to position the property in the luxury marketplace.

This unique opportunity demands an experienced General Manager with a strong ability to foster collaborative relationships with all stakeholders. The role is for a true service professional with sophistication and a personal approach to service. Key to success will be to be able to lead a team of experts in their field with a focus on innovative and creative flair in Food and Beverage.

- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team of experienced professionals
- Ability to deliver creative and innovative service experiences
- Experience in leading luxury, reporting and managing owner relationships at a senior level
- Strong communicative and consultative skills
- Ability to determine strategies to deliver expected financial performance
