**Job Description**:
Are you an early-bird, looking to make the most of your day?

We are looking for breakfast superstars that are passionate about creating memorable experiences for our guests.

**What you will be doing**:

- Delivering personalised service with passion and professionalism
- Taking orders, maximising sales opportunities through knowledge of products and suggestive selling
- Clearing and resetting tables, as well as ensuring service areas are maintained
- Entering orders into the point of sales system and managing payments
- Supporting our culinary team to provide an uncompromising dining experience

**Qualifications**:
**Your experience and skills include**:

- Previous experience in a similar role, within busy high-end dining operations
- Strong service skills, with confidence in all aspects of service
- Barista experience is advantageous
- Availability across a variety of shifts, including breakfast and lunch service periods, across week day, weekends and public holidays
- Valid South Australian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
- Full Australian working rights
- A true love and passion for food, beverage and creating genuine memorable guest experiences
