**Job Description**:
Reliable and engaging. As a Club Millesime Supervisor, you will demonstrate the essence of creating an exceptional guest journey. You are committed to taking care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure.
What you will be doing:
- Lead and supervise the day-to-day operations of Club Millesime to ensure service standards are followed with passion and professionalism
- Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts for VIP guests, providing exceptional service at every step of the journey
- Deliver established food & beverage service sequences, bringing your personalised flair to each guest encounter
- Maintain product knowledge of all menus and wine lists in order to advise and make recommendations to guests
- Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling
- Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests
- Ensure employees are informed daily about priorities to personalise service
**Qualifications**:
our experience and skills include:
- Minimum 2 years previous experience in a similar hybrid role, within a luxury setting
- Prior experience working with Windows, Microsoft Office Suite and Opera or a related PMS system. POS experience is an asset.
- Strong service skills, with confidence in all aspects of service
- Availability across a variety of shifts, including breakfast and evening service periods, across week day, weekends and public holidays
- Valid South Australian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
- Full Australian working rights
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
- A true love and passion for creating genuine memorable guest experiences
