The Role

This position will be reporting to the Managing Director and will be responsible for the following:

- Generating weekly and fortnightly invoice to different clients,
- Looking after a small-medium sized ledger,
- Run fortnightly staff payroll under managers supervision (uptil 100+ employees in busy period),
- Help in Data entry in Rostering and Xero software,
- Resolving discrepancies by liaising with customers and internal staff,

Your Skills & Experience
- Degree in Accounting, Business, Commerce or related field.
- Experience in Payroll and A/R role
- Ability to run Xero Software
- Intermediate MS Excel knowledge
- Special client focus to provide excellent service to business partners.
- Strong communication skills to maintain positive working relationships with a variety of suppliers.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills.

Your Profile

To be successful in the position, you will be an energetic Accounts Receivable /Payroll Coordinator, and have proven experience in a similar position. It is important that you enjoy the challenge of Accounts Receivable within a diverse and complex industry. To enable you to hit the ground running a high level of organization, attention to detail as well as a sense of urgency will all be invaluable skills.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term, Graduate
Contract length: 10 months

Pay: From $28.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
