2 x Experienced Administrators required to join a busy team in an East Perth based State Government department

**Your new company**
East Perth based State Government department, located close to public transport.

**Your new role**
- Provide support in the administration of contracts
- Prepares contract documentation
- Support contract meetings with minute taking and the preparation of agendas
- Reconcile contractor accounts
- coding of payments through finance system
- Investigate discrepancies
- Process invoices
- Liaise with contractors & suppliers

**What you'll need to succeed***
- Strong keyboard/computer skills.
- Quick to pick up processes and work in a multi-tasking environment.
- A demonstrated understanding of financial transactions
- Experience in providing administration within a finance, contracts or procurement area
