ASIC is seeking a Digital Strategy & Capability Analyst - in this newly created role you will be accountable for contributing to the design and implementation of a digital strategy.
- **Sydney based location. Open to other locations**:
- **Salary from $123,444 (depending on experience) + 15.4% superannuation**:
- **24-month Fixed Term Contract position**:

**The team**
The **Digital, Data & Technology (DD&T) group** drives transformational change and delivers essential tech services across ASIC. It includes teams such as IT, Cyber Security, Data, Digital, Portfolio Office, and Registry Connect.
**The role**
The purpose of the Digital Strategy and Capability Analyst at ASIC is to:
- Partner with the Business to update the Digital Strategy and roadmaps.
- Oversee the prioritisation, budget, planning and delivery of digital initiatives and ideas.
- Provide advice and support to the Business and ASIC Programs which impacts the ASIC Digital Agenda.
- Liaise with other external stakeholders and government agencies/regulators on digital strategies and customer interaction.
- Engage with senior leaders, collaborating with the other group members to implement key priorities and represent at a senior level as required.
- Plan and schedule the work to achieve agreed business plan objectives.
- Consult and work collaboratively with all areas of Digital, Data and Technology to support the development of outcomes.
**About you**
A successful applicant should possess many or all of the following:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications.
- Experience in leading teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts and influence decision-makers at the highest level of Corporate or Government management structure.
- Experience taking or understanding an organisations digital vision and bringing it to life within a large complex organisation.
- Proven experience in the management of complex business stakeholder relationships.
- Experience in developing technology strategy and roadmaps.
- Demonstrated problem solving and issue resolution skills including the management of business and technology issues.
