**About the role at Ramsay Healthcare**

The Digital Platforms Capability Analyst will help manage the operations, development and growth of our digital platforms and services. Your role is to ensure that our digital platform capabilities and services meet the needs of our users, achieves its objectives, and operates smoothly.

**Responsibilities**
- Problem Identification - Identify the problems and needs of key stakeholders to guide data analysis
- Stakeholder Engagement - Partner with stakeholders to understand specifications, business requirements, and communicate insights
- Execution and Project Management - Plan and deliver project plans by managing people, resources, budget, and timelines, to support the organization’s goals
