Reporting to the Digital Portfolio Manager, you will identify opportunities and develop ideas to manage performance and drive growth within the Digital portfolio, whilst working with the underwriting team to maintain underwriting and operational excellence across the portfolio- Let’s create a brighter future together, let’s make a difference- Additional responsibilities include:
- Determining SME market position of Zurich, including competitor proposition and pricing position.
- Focusing on customer solutions. Using appropriate customer metrics to define propositions, including marketing surveys, TNPS and RNPS, and focus groups
- Identify portfolio underwriting strategies to maximise growth opportunities in profitable segments and mitigate underperforming segments
- Collaborate with the Platforms team to design and implement business rules to drive efficiency and automation within the SME segment
- Work with line of business heads to develop and enhance SME products and proposition
- Develop and deliver training to drive technical underwriting excellence and capability uplift across the SME underwriting teams
- Important to your success - let’s grow togetherIn order to be successful you will have the following:

- Understanding of the financial drivers of portfolio performance
- Multiple years experience in commercial underwriting
- Data Analyst/ Actuarial background and/ or portfolio management experience
- Track record of developing and executing to deliver underwriting results
- Familiar with the relevant LOB wordings and rating tools.
