Well now’s your chance - Macpac are in growth mode, and we have an opportunity for a retail leader in Victoria.
Our Area Managers are vital senior leaders in our growing retail network of 90 stores NZ and AU wide. Builders of exceptional teams, our Area Managers are coaches, commercially astute and customer centric.
What does this mean for you? You’ll lead and manage across a multi-site region using your finely tuned coaching skills to build and develop exceptional and engaged teams. You’ll be strategically minded, have a head for the numbers and a keen understanding of how to use data to drive improvements across your network. You’ll be customer obsessed, in a good way, you’ll have the customer at the heart of everything you do, ensuring the loyalty of our Macpac customers. You can expect to lead between 15-20 stores in your region, and you’ll be joining a team of dedicated Area Manager’s who love what they do.
We’re looking for experienced retail leaders who come from multi-site or high turnover environments. Showcasing your leadership experience will mean building relationships and networks and lifting team engagement. You’ll need to show us you can meet KPI’s and drive results with a focus on quality and compliance. You can expect to be on the road and on the go, maintaining regular contact with the stores in your network.
