**Your day to day**
No day in your new role as a Guest Services Agent will be the same You will be responsible for the guest's arrival experience from check in to check out and everything in between.

Knowing your way around systems and being able to think on your feet when a customer presents a problem is essential to this role. You will be coordinating with the other departments and working with a team to ensure smooth operations day in and out.

**What we need from you**
- Previous experience in Front Office operations within a Hotel environment
- Computer Savvy
- Excellent communications skills, verbal and written. If you are bilingual that's a bonus
- Flexibility across a 7 day working roster
- A team player with an ability to work in a fast paced environment and understands how to prioritize workloads.
