15h Left Vehicle Return Agent

Overview

We are looking for help at Hobart Airport to serve our valued customers. This opportunity in what we call a 'Return Agent' capacity will be for an ongoing casual role.

Responsibilities

- Great customer service in a friendly manner and help expedite the rental car return process to help get customers on their way
- Assess vehicle for any potential new damages and report it as per ABG’s vehicle damage procedure
- Review returned vehicle gas levels and car kilometers while accurately inputting them into our handheld devices when needed

What you’ll do

- Greeting customers as the first point of contact at our operations and assisting with the check-in of the renter’s vehicle and vehicle details

What we’re looking for

- Applicants must have a full and valid driver’s licence
- This is a casual position that requires a minimum availability of 3-4 days per week
- A customer-focused, collaborative and adaptable approach to work each day
- Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards
