The role:
At Chamonix, we work with leading organisations to deliver digital transformation programs that truly make a difference. As we continue to support our clients through large-scale change, we're looking for a Change Manager to join our Adelaide-based team (on an initial contract basis). The initial engagement will see you embedded in a program of work within the defence sector, working under the instruction of a Senior Change Manager.
What you'll be doing:
• Leading and embedding change activities across complex technology and business transformations
• Working closely with stakeholders to assess change readiness, design engagement strategies, and support adoption
• Developing communication plans, training materials, and change artefacts tailored to each audience
• Contributing to the overall program success and being a trusted partner in the client's transformation journey
What we're looking for:
• 4 years proven experience delivering end-to-end change management within enterprise environments
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
• Experience working in structured project environments (Agile or hybrid)
• Proven ability to apply change management frameworks, tools, and methodologies
• Experience in change impact assessments, communications, and training support
• Comfortable working across a portfolio of business and technology-driven projects
• Knowledge of PROSCI, ADKAR, or PCI change methodologies
• Previous experience as BA or PM favourable
• Experience in defence sector industries is favourable
• Must be Adelaide based and eligible to work in Australia *(NV1 clearance or eligibility is mandatory for the defence project)
