**NDIS Support Worker - Dee Why NSW - Permanent Part Time**

**About the role**:
The role of the support worker is to provide exceptional service whilst supporting clients to meet their goals as set out in their NDIS plan. This includes but is not limited to:

- Intensive, flexible, and responsive client focussed support with the aim of assisting clients to successfully improve their physical and mental health.
- Develop connections with the community and achieve their goals.
- Assist in their needs of daily living, domestic assistance, social support, transport, community outings, and so on.

**Essential Requirements**:

- A current full driver's license.
- Own Vehicle (must have)
- Comprehensive Car Insurance (must have)
- NDIS Workers Screening Check. (Service NSW)
- A current First Aid & CPR Certificate.

Must be available Monday to Sunday

8:30am-2:30pm
