We are looking for experienced **Disability Support Workers** to grow our care team in **Sydney's Northern Beaches** We offer diversity and here’s what you can expect in these ongoing shifts with **aged &/or NDIS clients**: - Personal care, companionship, community access, shopping, and domestic assistance - Manual handling and assistance with transfers etc - Helping clients remain independent and happy in their own homes - Making it possible for clients to maintain relationships with loved ones - Taking the time to listen, care and provide emotional support Multiple shifts are available Monday to Sunday varying from 1 hour through to 24/7 care, including AM, PM, overnight care and public holidays. **WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?** We really do value our amazing staff and the fantastic work they do. Perfect for those with experience in aged care, dementia, disability, palliative care, post-acute care, and/or mental health. What are we looking for? - Previous experience in aged care, disability, home & community care - Qualification in Aged Care/Disability/Individual Support/Nursing - Valid driver’s licence & reliable vehicle would be preferred - Current First Aid & CPR certificates. - NDIS Worker Screening Check or the willingness to obtain - Please note: Applicants require a current driver’s license, a reliable roadworthy vehicle and full comprehensive car insurance. Our recruitment process requires to you hold a clear NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, through your relevant state government agency. Police check and NDIS Worker Screening outcomes are considered in accordance with applicable legislation standards. Furthermore, all applicants must have the right to work in Australia._
