We have a fantastic opportunity for a person looking for a long-term career opportunity in a full time role. You will need to be available to be on a variable roster, weekdays, weekends and evenings.

Brunetti Classico is Melbourne's most renowned and iconic cafe institution, which has been leading the Melbourne coffee and cake scene for almost 30 years. We are known for our high quality artisan food, our warm and friendly customer service, and our beautiful, premium stores.

The family owned business is rich in Italian heritage and culture, providing an authentic Italian experience.

Skills and Experience Required
- Availability for day, evening, night and weekend shifts are required
- Can-do attitude
- A love of customer service
- Flexible, 38 hours per week full-time availability (on a variable roster)
- Valid RSA & Food Handling Certificate
- Barista skills an advantage
- Knowledge of Italian cuisine and pastry will be highly regarded.
