**About the role**:
Reporting to the Talent Business Partner, you will be a crucial support to the organisation, ensuring the provision of efficient, responsive and high-quality HR/Recruitment services across the business.

**Responsibilities**
- Proactively follow up required documentation to complete the onboarding process
- Drafting contracts and letters of offer.
- Process all employee lifecycle events to a high quality and agreed service levels
- Drafting HR correspondence and ongoing maintenance of various HR systems, registers and reports.
- Maintaining data within the HRIS and filing systems
- Updating compliance documents and relevant paperwork
- Support HR projects.

**Profile**
- First Experience with Blue Collar recruitment
- Self-motivated, well organised and able to handle a variety of tasks whilst having high attention to detail
- Ability to work without constant supervision
- You will be a team player, with proven communication skills enabling you to establish and maintain effective relationships
- Highly internal customer focused
