**The Company**
Our client is a large manufacturing business based in Darra. They are a family run company with a strong history in Australia. There is an opportunity for an Administration professional to join the established team for a one year fixed term contract.
**The Role**
Reporting into the Human Resources Manager, this role is responsible for providing a wide variety of Administration and Office Support duties for the companies corporate office in Brisbane's western suburbs.
Key responsibilities include;
- Pre employment checks
- Managing information relating to ongoing employment
- Office support - ordering supplies, uniforms etc
- Weekly reporting in spreadsheets
**About You**:
- Experience in an Admin/Reception environment highly regarded
- Experience using MS Suite, particularly Excel
- Exceptional communication skills and computer literacy
- A friendly and approachable personality
