If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you **Responsibilities**: As the Quality & Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for: - Driving all Quality Assurance processes to ensure compliance and operational excellence - Leading internal and external audits and monitoring quality operations - Overseeing the Student Management System and ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and create a sustainable quality infrastructure - Supporting the Education and Training Manager across various initiatives. **About You** - Diploma of Vocational Education and Training highly desirable. - Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. - Proven experience in Quality Assurance and compliance management. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments. **Additional requirements**: - A current **Working with Children Check **and **NDIS Worker’s Screening**, or the willingness to gain one if successful.
