**About the Role**

**Responsibilities**:
As the Quality & Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Driving all Quality Assurance processes to ensure compliance and operational excellence
- Leading internal and external audits and monitoring quality operations
- Overseeing the Student Management System and ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and create a sustainable quality infrastructure
- Supporting the Education and Training Manager across various initiatives.

**About You**
- Diploma of Vocational Education and Training highly desirable.
- Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
- Proven experience in Quality Assurance and compliance management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.

**Additional requirements**:

- A current **Working with Children Check **and **NDIS Worker’s Screening**, or the willingness to gain one if successful. We will reimburse you the cost on commencement
- A current and valid Driver’s Licence
- Ability to pass a Police Check
- To ensure the health and wellbeing of our staff and customers, Community Solutions Group requires all authorised workers as defined under the Victorian Public Health Order to provide evidence of full vaccination against COVID-19.
