SC People is proud to partner with our client who is recruiting a forward thinking Property Manager for their team. This is a valuable opportunity to learn with a

**supportive agency** with multiple locations across the Newcastle and Hunter area. Our Client is a full-service agency with
**more than 20 years** of history catering to premium and middle markets in select locations.

**The Opportunity.**

With your portfolio management, you will be responsible for engaging with multiple teams and stakeholders across the business, creating a positive experience for both your landlords & tenants. Customer experience is key in this role and will be at the forefront of all interactions. This is a valuable opportunity to increase your professional skills and take the next step in your career, surrounded by a knowledgeable and motivated team.

Duties will include:

- Handling of landlord & tenant enquiries
- Coordination of maintenance & repairs
- Management of lease vacates & renewals
- Conduct Ingoing & Outgoing inspections
- Management of rental arrears
- Document control and administration management delegation

**About You.**
You will possess:

- Excellent communication skills and adaptive style
- People focused approach
- Administrative skills
- Strong attention to detail & highly developed organisational skills
- NSW Certificate of Registration is a minimum requirement to work in this role
