HPG are currently looking for a confident, driven, motivated and intelligent individual, who is personable and excels in multi-tasking and negotiation skills in a fast paced environment, on a part time basis.
**The Role : PROJECT & OFF THE PLAN SALES**
We have a big project that is currently ready to sell, with 5 more lots to sell within the next 5yrs. We are looking for agents to work onsite at the display suite of these projects on a part time basis:
**4 x days per week - Thursday to Sunday**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Managing inbound sales enquiries
- Coordinating and managing project sites for sale
- Keeping abreast of available property stock and competing project sales and prices
- Managing relationships with buyers, from enquiry to negotiation and through to settlement
- Communication with potential and existing developers, vendors and customers
- Assisting the team to reach targets, including your individual targets; weekly and quarterly
- Contributing to sales activities and company events
- Representing the Highland brand at the project display suites/information events
- Superior customer service skills and high ability to build rapport with clients
- Exceptional organisation and prioritising skills
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
- Works well under pressure and multi tasks well
- Fast learner and adapts easily to change
- Confidence - assertive yet professional and friendly
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong follow up and administration skills
- The ability to thrive within a professional and fast paced environment
- Must be able to present corporately at all times
