**Description**:
THE OPPORTUNITY

Great opportunity to join the Bimbadgen team and play an integral part of keeping the businesses’ three properties looking spectacular. The General Hand role will work predominantly on the upkeep of the gardens and grounds at The Lane Retreat and assist with general maintenance duties, event set up and small projects.
- Manual Driver’s Licence - Essential
- Gardening and maintenance experience
- Ride on mower and/or tractor skills advantageous
- Good communication skills and an eye for detail
- Professional approach and positive attitude and work ethic
- Ability to follow systems, procedures & safety standards
- Ability to perform at a medium-high level of physical requirement
- Flexibility to work throughout the week - this role is mostly Monday to Friday but will be required to work weekends as needed.
