Working within a cohesive and collaborative team environment, the organisation provides mission critical equipment to a broad range of customers operating in sectors such as infrastructure, commercial buildings, construction, mining and new energy.

**Job tasks and responsibilities**

Reporting to the Head of Operations, the National Fleet Planning Manager will be responsible for overseeing a small team of product specialists in managing the procurement, specifications, sourcing and mix of key fleet and assets. This is a broad role where your remit will cover fleet build standards and product specifications, optimisation of the fleet range, ensuring best in class technology and connectivity, ownership of key supplier relationships, fleet CAPEX and disposals, whole of life asset management and fleet capacity forecasting. As the National Fleet Manager you will also act as a key point of contact for sourcing equipment for future opportunities and be an active networker in monitoring competitors and leveraging opportunities for current and incoming fleet.
