**Our Client**

Our client is a highly successful and multi award winning agency, with offices spanning the Central Coast. They are a fast paced, energetic group of professionals who are led from the front by an inspirational, philanthropic Director, who engages and empowers their staff. They’re not just an agency but a multi-divisional business spanning across various exciting sectors including holiday rentals, where this role plays an integral part.

**Duties**

Working within the Holiday Lettings team, you will be one of the key members of client experience, being their first point of contact with the business

Specific duties will include:

- Respond to direct client and third party booking enquiries through online portals and extranets
- Process and input reservations into property management system (Newbook)
- Follow up all unconfirmed bookings to convert to confirmed bookings
- Review accommodation rates and minimum length of stay requirements and amend where necessary to maximise revenue opportunities
- Liaise with property owners to assist guests with enquiries regarding property specific information and details
- Respond to booking reviews and maintain high response rates on all booking portals

**Specific requirements**
- Ideally you will be coming from a Revenue or Reservations Manager role (Hotels, Travel or Airlines)
- An understanding of bookings, dynamic pricing, and yield management
- Strong customer care / client management skills
- Ability to multi-task and process information quickly
