**About the Role**
As a Trainer & Assessor, you'll deliver engaging, professional training across genU’s diverse course offerings. Your responsibilities will include:

- Delivering high-quality, industry-relevant training
- Coordinating student work placements
- Contributing to assessment design and review
- Conducting initial client training needs assessments
- Ensuring a positive experience for students and stakeholders

**About You**

You’ll play a key role in empowering jobseekers by fostering confidence, adapting your approach to meet diverse needs, and guiding them towards long-term success in the workforce.

- Adaptive and inclusive trainer - skilled in tailoring delivery to individual learning styles and overcoming barriers to engagement.
- Supportive coach and role model - fosters resilience, accountability, and a growth mindset to help learners thrive beyond the classroom.

**Essential Requirements**
- Industry qualifications and currency
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or successor)
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel
- Valid Working with Children Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
