**Job Description**:
**Some of your key responsibilities include**:

- Administer, maintain and enhance the Forbury / UpSlide linked reporting platforms for all Valuation teams across the Microsoft Office suite.
- Research and recommend transformative technology and products that will drive efficiencies, augment our expertise and improve client services.
- Identify and be across viable alternatives, technology changes, enhancement requirements. Consider and recommend new platform enhancements and changes. Oversee and implement agreed changes.
- Ensure a consistent approach to our nationally approved valuation reports and format and prepare new templates in line with the Colliers’ global brand guidelines.
- Conduct regular platform training for existing and new staff employed to use the platforms.

**Qualifications**:

- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite.
- 2-4 years’ experience in a similar role.
- High degree of attention to detail.
- Thorough understanding of internet/intranet, including experience with OneDrive / SharePoint.
- Sound analytical skills and ability to solve technical and operational problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Insight into risk management and valuations standards.
- Familiarity with using InDesign and Illustrator software.
