We are looking for individuals who value customer satisfaction and are passionate about leading the way in providing exceptional service to join our team as Customer Service and Sales Agents at ConnectNow.
As an AGL-owned company, we specialise in helping Australians transition their utilities into their new homes by providing a range of services including connections for electricity, gas, internet, phone, insurance, pay TV, and more.
Located in the Docklands area of Melbourne, our modern and bright offices offer a dynamic and fun contact centre environment.
We are currently hiring for multiple full-time permanent positions commencing Monday 15th May, with flexible work arrangements including the option to work from home two days per week after training.
The role includes occasional paid overtime shifts on Saturdays (9am-1pm) once every six weeks.
As a Customer Service and Sales Agent, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive high-quality outcomes every time they engage with us.
You will have the opportunity to earn a base salary of $59,100 including super, along with a commission structure that rewards performing agents with an additional $1,500 -$5,000 in commission per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell multiple products and upsell customers based on their needs- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a high NPS score- Work with multiple systems concurrently, varying in complexity and purpose- Exhibit the highest level of professionalism when dealing with real estate partners and external clients- Provide accurate information and advice to customers by adhering to our regulatory compliance and quality assurance measures
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience in a Customer Service or Sales position, which can include retail or hospitality- Excellent communication skills and ability to offer a positive experience to every customer- Ability to complete two weeks of full-time training on-site in our Docklands head office- Identify key opportunities to cross-sell our products to existing customers and handle objections appropriately- Achieve team and individual targets/KPIs- Ability to work to a rotating roster in a structured environment
