Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for an Automotive Parts Customer Service Agent at Clutch Industries. Our customer service team plays a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer support, ensuring satisfaction, and optimizing overall customer experiences. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be at the front line for the business handling all things relating to our customer base. Some tasks include phone and online channel Inquiries, P&A's, resolving technical issues, Freight follow up and assist customers in finding the perfect clutch solution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding sales support via phone and online channels.
  • Assess customer requirements using our comprehensive catalogue's to recommend suitable products.
  • Process sales orders or quotes for customers efficiently and accurately.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues to ensure customers receive optimal assistance, including diagnosing clutch fitment problems and compatibility concerns.
  • Address and follow up on customer freight inquiries promptly.
  • Collaborate closely with our In-house Technical, Marketing & warehouse teams, Customers, and Partners to ensure a seamless customer journey from inquiry to delivery.
  • Upholding brand presentation standards and contribute to brand awareness.

Required Skills

  • Previous experience in Customer Service/Sales, Parts Interpretation, Retail, or Trade Sales.
  • Automotive knowledge or a strong interest in cars is highly desirable.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including excellent grammar & Proficient in the Microsoft Suite with experience in CRM style software

  • Enthusiastic with a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Customer service focus with previous experience in customer service or related fields.
  • Excellent verbal and clear communication skills/interpersonal skills
  • Must be a motivated self-starter and a team environment
  • Microsoft Dynamics, Freshdesk & Monday experience preferred but not
  • Consistently meet and exceed established KPIs.
  • Automotive experience preferred & passionate about all things automotive
