**About the Role**

We’re looking for a creative and driven **Social Media Manager & Content Creator** to help us tell our story, share our work, and connect with new audiences. You'll play a key role in promoting our music projects, artist showcases, youth initiatives, and events. This role is perfect for someone who understands both the heart of community work and the pulse of modern digital culture.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and manage our social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Create engaging content (video, photo, reels, stories, graphics, captions)
- Share behind-the-scenes from our projects, events, and community work
- Bring fresh, contemporary ideas to how we communicate online
- Collaborate with our team to align content with our values and message
- Track engagement and suggest improvements or campaigns
- Help amplify the voices of young and emerging artists
- Occasionally attend programs or events to capture content

**You Bring**
- Experience in content creation and managing social media platforms
- Strong visual and storytelling skills (photo/video/editing)
- A passion for music, youth, and community-driven work
- An understanding of ethical, inclusive, and culturally aware communication
- Self-motivation, creativity, and a collaborative attitude
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar
- Bonus: Experience in youth work, music scenes, or grassroots orgs
