- **Tool Hire Hero**: Manage tool hire operations, product fault processes, and new user tool support with expertise.
- **Inquiry Expert**: Address general inquiries from our website and social media channels with flair.
- **Team Player**: Work independently and collaboratively, bringing out the best in yourself and your colleagues.
- **Safety Star**: Adhere to strict safety standards, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
- **Culture Curator**: Promote a vibrant company culture that inspires top performance and high morale.
- **Communication Conduit**: Facilitate open and effective communication between workers and management.

**Requirements**:

- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficient in using modern tools and software such as:

- **Operating Systems**: Windows
- **File Sharing**: OneDrive
- **CRM Systems**: HubSpot
- **Communication Tools**: Microsoft Teams
- **Marketing Platforms**: Mailchimp, Canva
- **Data Analysis**: Excel, Google Analytics,
- **Detail-oriented**: High levels of attention to detail in administrative skills, time management, dependability, punctuality, planning, teamwork, organization, communication skills, and sales focus.
- **Sales Pro**: Solid sales experience with a deep understanding of plumbing products and industry. (Desirable but not necessary)
- **People Person**: Friendly, outgoing, enthusiastic, and motivated to make a difference.
- **First Aid Ready**: First Aid & CPR qualifications are a plus.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 18 per week
