If you're an Assistant Property Manager or Leasing Manager looking for a move to a landlord/owner, then this could be the role for you.

My client is a national owner with a portfolio of Industrial properties and is looking to add to the growing property manamgenent team.

They are looking for someone with the ability to;
- Negotiate leases
- Manage a range of enquires from asset repairs to OH&S
- Acquire new sites
- Prepare and present market and competitor analysis
- Actively engage with senior internal and external stakeholders.

You will be an experienced Property professional with the following skills;
- Property Management or leasing background
- Knowledge of leasing structures
- Exceptional organisational skills
- An ability to find innovative solutions to complex problems
- Strong communication skills and an ability to build effective working relationships.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:

- Annual bonus

Work Location: In person
