We are looking for a **motivated and detail-oriented Property Manager** to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with **around 1 year of property management experience** who is eager to grow their career in a supportive environment.

Fluency in **English** is essential, and proficiency in **Mandarin** will be highly regarded, as we work closely with a diverse range of tenants and landlords.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring a high standard of service to landlords and tenants.
- Work closely with the team to **collaborate and problem-solve** effectively.
- Assist with **landlord recruitment and relationship management**.
- Prepare **VCAT hearings** when required.
- Ensure compliance with relevant property laws and tenancy regulations.
- Adapt quickly to new systems and processes in a fast-paced environment.

**Requirements**:

- **Approximately 1 year of experience** in property management or a related field.
- Current **Real Estate Agent License** (or eligibility to obtain).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in **fluent English**.
- **Mandarin language skills** are a strong advantage.
- Ability to **adapt to new environments** and work well in a team.
- Hardworking, proactive, and eager to learn and develop professionally.
