- **OCM** - Inner East - 1 + years experience $80- $100K Package and commissions
- **SOCM** - Inner CBD - 4 + years experience $110 - 130K Package and parking
- **OCM** - City Fringe - $90 - $110K Package, parking and commissions
- **OCM** - Eastern Suburbs - boutique agency - $100K package
- all roles have flexibility for work/life balance

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing day-to-day operations of your portfolio
- Liaising with property owners and contractors
- Organising and attending owners corporation meetings
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Providing excellent customer service to all stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
- A proactive and problem-solving attitude
- Empathetic nature and strong communication skills
