Pubco Group is seeking a qualified **Full-Time Hospitality Manager** to join our team at **Bay and Bridge Hotel**. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside passionate professionals in a thriving and dynamic hospitality environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Hands-on leadership and accountability of your team, including supervision and evaluation of performances.
- Managing day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth running of all front and back of house functions.
- Controlling stock levels and ordering supplies as needed.
- Developing and implementing effective rosters to ensure adequate staff coverage.
- Ensure compliance with liquor, gaming and other regulatory requirements.
- Handling Gaming machines, Tab and Keno operations.
- Driving sales to meet your targets and budgets.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the venue and supervise security arrangements.
- Ensuring all health and safety regulations are adhered to.
- Product procurement and creating quality food and beverage offers.
- Collaborating on promotional activities and events.
- Building strong relationship with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Handling any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner.

**Key Attributes & Requirements**:

- Minimum **1 year of experience** working in a busy hospitality environment.
- **Certificate IV or higher** in Hospitality Management (preferred).
- Proven expertise in the **hotel sector**.
- Strong **customer service focus** with exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to liaise with a diverse clientele and build positive relationships.
- Flexible and adaptable, able to work weekdays and weekends.
- Professional presentation and strong leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Team player with a **can-do attitude** who can also work independently.
- Strong understanding of **OH&S and food hygiene** requirements.

**Salary Range**:
**$75,000 - $90,000** (commensurate with experience)
