Hunter St. Hospitality Group is seeking experienced and passionate Supervisors to help lead the teams across our high-energy venues, including Rockpool Bar & Grill, Spice Temple, Munich Brauhaus, El Camino Cantina and more.

About the Role

As a Supervisor, you'll play a key role in supporting venue leadership by:

  • Leading from the floor: Motivating, coaching, and supporting front-of-house teams during service.
  • Delivering operational excellence: Ensuring service runs smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
  • Being a guest experience champion: Resolving issues with professionalism, ensuring every guest leaves delighted.
  • Building team culture: Fostering collaboration, accountability, and fun in a fast-paced environment.
  • Supporting compliance & standards: Maintaining venue policies, safety practices, and service consistency.
