What's on offer:

Your role:
  • Oversee and motivate a front-of-house team of up to 9 (approx. 6 on per shift)
  • Manage rostering, ordering, and stock control
  • Deliver excellent customer service and uphold our café's friendly atmosphere
  • Make great coffee (experience with ONA a plus — training provided)
  • Work collaboratively with the owners to keep things running smoothly
About you:
  • You've had leadership experience in hospitality or a customer service role (fast food, café, or restaurant — all valued)
  • Basic barista skills and willingness to learn more
  • Organised, positive, and a team player who leads by example
  • Ready to step up into management or bring your experience to a café where you can enjoy autonomy and balance
