About the Role
Provide efficient and confidential executive, administrative, communication, human resource and financial services to the Regional Services and Education Services business units. Provide timely and responsive administrative services to support a range of school personnel with the submission and processing of requests for specific funding, specialist files and services for students. The Business Services Officer is part of the Business and Communications Unit and reports to the Manager within the South East Region.

**You will have responsibility for, but not be limited to**:

- Actively contribute to business unit action planning, capability development opportunities and projects and initiatives, working collegially with team members.
- Arrange and coordinate appointments, meetings and travel arrangements for senior officers, maintain diaries, and provide confidential secretariat support, including the preparation of agendas, minute taking and dissemination, and monitoring and tracking of action items.
- Maintain the region's record management system, coordinate and track the flow of correspondence, ensuring all items are actioned and approved within legislated and negotiated timeframes.
