**About the role**
Are you ready to drive impactful projects in a fast-paced environment? Join our Rollingstock Maintenance team as a Project Coordinator and play a key role in supporting critical maintenance initiatives. You’ll collaborate with a dynamic team to ensure seamless project execution, from coordinating contractors to ordering parts and tracking progress.

This is a permanent position based at Mayne Yard in Bowen Hills, and will require you to work business hours

**Day-to-day responsibilities of this role will include**
- Coordinate and manage contractors to deliver maintenance projects efficiently.
- Oversee procurement processes, ensuring timely ordering and delivery of required parts.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to align on goals and resolve issues.

**About you**
- Experience in project coordination, ideally within maintenance, rollingstock, or a similar industry.
- Knowledge/ understanding of rollingstock maintenance (desirable)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
