Project Delivery Coordinator

**About the role**
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will join a team playing a key role to ensure customers are at the centre of everything we do by leading initiatives and driving project outcomes to support our people and customers.
Collaborating with teams across the business, you will be responsible for scoping and delivering initiatives to achieve defined project outcomes as directed and supported by the Senior Project Manager and GM Customer Innovation & Technology.

**What you will do**
- Develop, control and deliver scope with high quality, while proactively managing timelines, issues, risks, and dependencies to deliver positive outcomes for projects and initiatives,
- Develop detailed timelines involving scope and stakeholder responsibility to meet key objectives,
- Create and maintain project artefacts and reporting, with recommendations to support effective decision making,
- Build awareness and understanding of the initiatives and engage with teams across the business as required, to meet interdependencies, avoid or resolve issues and constraints,
- Development of effective change, communication, stakeholder engagement and training plans to ensure successful delivery,
- Contribute to project management activities across the business, respectfully challenging established thinking and prioritising a customer centric approach to ensure we are asking the right questions to get the right answers to deliver the right things.
**Who we’re looking for**
- A working knowledge of agile, project management, change management, continuous improvement methodologies and business process mapping,
- Excellent communication and presentations skills with the ability to express thoughts, logically and succinctly,
- An understanding of emerging customer experience technologies and trends and
- The ability to work autonomously, prioritise and manage delivery progress.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- A relevant degree or professional qualification in project management, business administration, or a related field; while not necessary but advantageous.
