Seeking an experienced Manager of Parliamentary and Ministerial services for a temporary period of 6 months

**Your new company**

This NSW Government agency provides specialist advice on infrastructure investment and prioritisation. Their core functions include providing independent and strategic advice to ensure infrastructure investment decisions are supported by robust assessment and long-term planning.

**Your new role**

The primary purpose of your role will be to lead ministerial and parliamentary services through the preparation and coordination of quality and timely urgent ministerial briefs and parliamentary responses to meet the requirements of the CEO and the Minister’s office.
- Prepare and coordinate house folder notes, responses to parliamentary questions, notice of motion speeches, parliamentary enquiries and budget estimate notes
- Provide high-level quality assurance and review of all parliamentary documents to ensure consistent messaging
- Gathering information, preparing, and writing/editing complex documents in a high-volume, high-pressure environment with tight deadlines
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with staff

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong understanding of government and parliamentary processes
- Extensive experience in preparing parliamentary and ministerial briefing material

**What you'll get in return**
- Temporary full-time assignment for 6 months
- Daily rate between $750-$850 plus super
- Located in Sydney CBD with hybrid working arrangements
