Join Australia’s leading team in car servicing and repairs Our Como service centre is seeking an ambitious, autonomous
**Manager** to support their high-performing team.

**The Role**
You will be supervising the operation of the workshop, ensuring all automotive technicians / apprentices are able to meet their KPI’s / sales targets while providing a high level of customer service.

The role includes:

- Create and maintain strong customer / client / supplier relationships
- Provide support to the automotive technicians and apprentices as required
- Manage and report on weekly and monthly KPI’s and targets to franchisee
- Use your knowledge and understanding of brands to promote products
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment for our staff and customers

**About You**
You will be a confident manager, able to autonomously run the centre and support the internal staff efficiently. Along with this, have a genuine passion for cars and the automotive industry.
- Have at least 2 years of experience in an automotive service centre
- Provide a genuine service, lead by example to create lasting impressions
- Be trade qualified in automotive mechanics (desirable)
- Valid, full Australian manual driver’s license
