**About the Role**

This is a permanent opportunity (guaranteed 38 hours per week) for a Diploma qualified Educator to join our team at our **Como **Centre.

These roles work alongside another Lead Educator and two Assistant Educators and include:

- Developing, implementing and evaluating daily care routines and programmes for individual children and groups.
- Building meaningful, trusting, and respectful relationships with children and their care givers.
- Learning and collaborating with others.
- Working 38 hours per week Monday-Friday between the hours of 6.30am-6.00pm.
- Supported Induction and Probation Training with two Centre Managers on site at all times to provide support.

**Skills & Experience**
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care or hold an ACECQA approved equivalent qualification, or be studying towards a qualification
- Current Working with Children Card.
- Medical Certificate confirming fitness to work with children or be willing to obtain one.
